On the occasion of International Yoga Day on 21st June 2019, The SIA College of Health Education ,College of Physiotherapy had organised and conducted a kids Yoga programme for the students of SIA Primary School ,Dombivli (East) by Dr Sheetal Aurangabadkar, Assistant Professor, Community Physiotherapy Department .It was one hour duration programme where the students were given brief idea about the definition and concept of Yoga and its benefits, performed warm up exercises followed by basic Yoga Asanas in standing, sitting and supine and shavasana. Dr Donna Gaikwad and Dr Mukti dake supervised the students while performing the asanas.
